Quality
We make tank cleaning equipment. It's all we do, and we’ve been doing it for 68 years. Our sole objective is to provide our customers with the highest quality, best performing and longest lasting tank cleaning machines on the market.
We manufacture our machines from beginning to end at our state-of-the-art facility in San Luis Obispo, California. We obsess over things like tenths, surface finishes, fillets and chamfers. This attention to detail differentiates us from our competitors - all who have their parts machined overseas, compromising performance and reliability.
Customer Support
Our Model 360 machine was born out of a customer need for a tank cleaner that ran longer and worked better. We carry on that tradition of customer focus today. Our phones are manned by actual human beings, technical help is available from the people that build your machines and our sales staff is backed by decades of experience in the tank cleaning industry.
We’re located smack dab in the middle of Central Coast wine (and brew) country. Our proximity to hundreds of wineries, breweries and distilleries allows us to provide industry leading customer service and product support. We expertly repair and maintain machines in-house expeditiously, minimizing downtime and extending machine life. Located outside of our immediate area? Send us your machines and we’ll return them to you as quickly as possible. We understand that clean tanks are critical to your success, and we are hyper-focused on keeping our customers operational.
Thoughtful Innovation
Our product improvements and innovations are driven by the desire to save our customers time and money. We reject designing for planned obsolescence and focus instead on increasing machine quality and lifespan. It is no surprise that many Cloud customers have decades-old machines running strong today!
Community
Cloud-Sellers is a proud, family-owned, American manufacturing company. Our customers aren't just names in a database, they are partners. We view our employees as family, and we’ve spent the last 68 years building a culture of excellence, integrity and compassion in the workplace. We understand the value of extending those ideals to the community at large and strive to help those around us. We work with students from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, offering them a real world learning environment, fostering a new generation of engineers. We also support local club and high school athletics, assisting children and young adults to build healthy, life-long skills to bring back to their communities, and our community at large.
